Fortunately, we had no major issues, but the ones we did have—I would not have even known they were an issue or thought to have checked. Happy customer, would recommend.

Cameron carried out a second opinion damp investiagtion for me on a rental property. The first company I called out insisted I needed all sorts of expensive treatments, however, Cameron located the cause of the damp and reccomended a more cost effective approach to stopping the cause of the damp instead of just patching it. 100% Would reccomend as although survey cost was higher, I saved more in repairs and the cause was stopped.

Could not reccomend Snag Mate enough. The team were able to fit me in straight away to do a mould survey on my property. I had the report the next day and with ways to get rid of the mould and stop it from coming back. 3 months now and nothing. Thank you!!
