Who we are

SnagMate is a specialist new-build snagging survey consultancy and a BSPM Consulting company. This notice covers the information collected through this website.

What we collect

Through the quote enquiry form: your name, email address, telephone number, property location or postcode, property type, number of bedrooms, inspection type, any estimated completion, handover or preferred inspection date, and any message you send.

Through the review form: the name you give, your town or city, an optional developer name, a star rating and your review text.

How we use it

Enquiry details are used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange an inspection. They are sent to info@snagmate.co.uk and stored in this website’s database so that enquiries are not lost.

Reviews are held for moderation. If a review is approved it may be published on this website showing your first name and surname initial, your general location and, where supplied, the developer name. Nothing else you submit is published.

Storage and access

Enquiries and reviews are stored in this website’s database. Enquiry records cannot be read by other website visitors. Administrative access to enquiries and to review moderation is restricted to authorised SnagMate administrators and requires sign-in.

How long we keep it

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and to meet applicable business and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us for access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask for your enquiry details or a published review to be removed where appropriate. Email info@snagmate.co.uk or call 07748 296002.
